It is your responsibility to read through my terms and conditions before you book. Booking your appointment and paying the booking fee means you accept and agree to these contracted terms.

Booking Fee

Cancellations, changes & time delays

Cancellations or Changes by the Client

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please notify me as soon as possible so that the appointment may be offered to another client.

Any payments made are non-refundable. Changes to the original booking, including the date, time, or location, may require the original quote to be revised.

Late Cancellations (24-48 Hours Notice)

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require 50% of the total appointment fee to be paid. This is because the appointment time has been specifically reserved and it can be difficult to fill the slot at short notice.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment (no-show), will require 100% of the total appointment fee to be paid. As the time has been reserved exclusively for you, it is very unlikely that the appointment can be filled at such short notice.

Voucher Bookings

Vouchers that have been paid for in full and redeemed against a makeup appointment are subject to the same cancellation policy.

Cancellations By The Makeup Artist

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an appointment due to exceptional circumstances (such as a family emergency or hospital stay), I will make every effort to assist you by recommending/arranging an alternative professional makeup artist from my network. Any payments you have already made for the booking will be fully refunded or transferred to the other artist.

Payments

Weddings: The final balance for wedding bookings is due 1–2 weeks before your wedding date and must be paid in full prior to your big day. Wedding invoices, including a full payment breakdown, are sent approximately 2 weeks before the appointment.

Occasion Makeup & Lessons: Payment can be made on the day of the appointment before or on arrival by cash or bank transfer.

Makeup Courses: Full payment is required prior to the course, or a payment plan can be arranged upon request.

Timings & Delays

Please ensure you are ready 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are not ready, the time may be taken from your appointment, which could affect the final result.

When attending my makeup studio, please send a message upon arrival, as I may be finishing another appointment. This helps ensure a smooth start to your session.

Travel

For any bookings where I travel to your location, travel expenses will be charged. Please provide the exact address at the time of booking so that an accurate quote can be given.

Any changes to the location, or the addition of a second location, may result in an adjustment to the original quote.

Client Responsibilities

My Responsibilities

I provide a professional makeup service using a wide range of high-quality, well-known brands, including MAC, NARS and Primalash. All products are up to date, and I maintain excellent hygiene standards for my kit to ensure your safety and comfort.

I also hold public liability insurance for all work covered under Salon Gold.

Photography

To increase my portfolio I will ask for consent before taking any pictures of my clients. These may be used on my social media pages and any photographers/hairdressers will be fully credited should they wish to be. Photos will not be posted after trials only after the special day.

The booking fee paid to secure your booking will confirm you agree to the full terms & conditions provided by Corinne Law Makeup Artist.
